Yeah pretty crazy that's the only shares available on OS unlike many others who would have been to 500 now just to make a quick buck. Regardless once news hit it should run but with stock so low you are right its not in their best interest to sit at these levels. The company could also buy back majority of the shares if this thing ran and thought they could do better being private or selling later on. Reason why many blue chip companies have bought many of their shares recently since it will be more difficult for the shorts and they have been sitting on loads of cash.
