Yes..(kinda) unless notice is given 30 days prior to.. (on or about Jan. 15, 2006) I think the ('on or about') gives them some "flexibility " I believe the stock will climb steadily until we get confirmation of the national roll out. Then it will zipp happily into orbit. just my opinion.
