That's a problem with your LII provider

Some don't show bids or ask below a certain quantity size, so when a Market Participant, like NITE (as I write this) shows one share, some LII providers don't show them.

I use TDA LII, and I'm seeing NITE showing 1 @ $0.16 on the bid, and 1 @ $0.163 on the ask.
