Jimtash, if you think the Patent application and trademark are so all important, what will happen when the lenders max out the share authorization and seize assets. Are the entities you keep referring to going to buy the patent application and pay the lenders their $18+ million to get it?

You just don't seem to understand. There is nothing in the new applcation specific to lung cancer nor any combination with other markers. It is just another attempt to extend the same old DR-70 patent. Just read the patent claims and enlighten yourself.
