Hey rickguy6, have you ever been in Texas in the winter time. Up north they have snow problems. The snow problems create a hastle for travel, but when it rains and sleets in Texas it shuts everything down. Not just for one day. It could and it is and has been going on for over a week. Obviously you want to laugh at everything, so get your jollies off on this one.
