This is what I got back:

"DTC sent back a message that they are now working with the issuer in order to complete the terms and update the status of these distributions. Information will be updated in our systems as soon as it becomes available, but it at least looks like DTC is reaching out to the company rather than waiting on them to deliver information. I will send you another message when I receive an update, but can't quite provide a timeframe at the moment."
