I know you have asked the question before but as I was critisized for responding to PM I did not answer.
Let me put it as I see it. There will be many areas of potential land opps identified by previous exploration. More than likely pockets of quarts schists that will be intermittant, and some that extend in some length and depth (quarts with gold attached has and is dredged from this part of the Pampana and means that it has not travelled too far) and these areas may not have easy access.
There are lots of areas to terrace where the river has changed course over the years and several tributaries entering the Pampana. The geo will re evaluate all the newest data he has and will map out the concession as to depth of gravel, g/t, depth of overburden, thickness of gravel. He should then instruct the crews where to land test again, dredge, or mine.
The size of opps dictates the cost but a small land op could be started up within weeks as equipment is available in SL and is not expensive.
I would say that there is a tendancy for most mining companies to err on low g/t so that they can show improvement as if you give a high g/t it is hard to show improvement.
As for the black sands and concentrate the geo will establish where the least overburden is and that will ensure recovery costs are kept down.
So the geo is the lynch pin and the opps manager and geo work together to get results. The company, SNEY and its shareholders reap the rewards of the hard work of the people on the ground and everyone lives happy ever after. lol lol.
Sorry, I could not resist the previous line as having read this before submission it sounded like a story.
Hope I habe not been teaching my graandma to suck eggs, but think I posted something along the same lines a long, long, long time ago
