Have you thought of who is buying the millions of shares after they beat it down with bogus PR?
Watch the level 2 it tells almost all you need to know. Same MM beat it down and then switched sides and bought several million @.02 and lower(approx). You dont think that complaint was Timed specifically to hit the stock at its recent peak? Like I said ANYONE can FILE A COMPLAINT FOR WHATEVER THEY WANT!!
I could file against you or anyone else, it doesnt mean I am right.
