Thanks Bishop, i truely do appreciate your insight into this issue.

You seem to know him to a T.

From what it seems, Frank is not "trying" to screw the shareholders, but because he is a dreamer and will not delegate he is hurting the shareholders.

I really think it would be in Q's best interest for Frank to maybe keep the CEO job, but to begin to delegate responsiblities to others. #1 get a CFO who will keep the Network's costs in line. (it seems like Frank has a spending problem. Some have said he drives around town in a lincoln continential with a choffeur.)

#2 have an investor relations individual who is not outsourced and who is in direct contact with upper management and has the ability to accomplish things for shareholders. Richard as everyone knows is just a puppet.
I want somebody in upper mangegment who is FOR the shareholders. Who are always thinking how will this affect the shareholders. And this somebody can make sure Frank doesnt promise anything he cant do. For the life of me i dont understand why they have Frank basically writing the PR's

There is just NO concern for shareholders period at this point. To hire somebody and put them intouch with upper managment would be bigger than anything at this point i believe.

Who else agrees with me about this, or what are your comments.

And Bishop, is there anyway you could get in touch with Frank and speak to him about this issue. The network is great and all, and its bad to see all these problems with the investment because its all INTERNAL, not EXTERNAL.
Thanks bishop, for your time
