This MJFF TPP Grant thing has been dragging on since last September...not AMBS's fault. It's been a 2 stage application process with lots of evaluation time. This new program provides up to $10M and multiple years of "partnering" to pursue promising developments. ......this is "free."

If there truly have been multiple discussions and offers thrown up to Gerald in exchange for percentages/royalties, he would be the worst CEO ever to jump at one until they found out IF they could have the same for "free" from MJFF.

The awarding of this MJFF program is to happen by the end of this month....less than 2 weeks. Maybe they get it.....maybe they don't.

Either way, big news is coming soon. If they are not awarded a portion from MJFF, look for the announcement shortly thereafter about a partnership deal....one that Gerald has been sitting on until hearing the MJFF verdict. IMO
