Good question and one that's actually easily answered.
The survey/report "may" be a statement like :
based on geological analysis the sites are xx.x% likely to contain the deposits 'that allow for' the creation of rare earth minerals.
So it is entirely possible the report means just that, nothing, until actual shovels hit the earth and resources are pulled.
I'm not downplaying or trying to drive the price lower (believe me, it does not benefit me) but their wording is careful and very cautious and points me(opinion) that the report is more of a prospectus rather than confirmation.
We literally will have 7 business days to know for sure.
Now here's the fun part of speculation, what if the report states, we have actual evidence of large deposits of Rare earth minerals.. etc etc..
How heavy of a reverse split would we see? Guesses?
