Hum, no facts to back up what the filings already back up. Mr. Brumfield had never heard of Loch Harris. He was educated about Loch Harris in 2010.
No one can post any of the answers to my questions that post on this board, because no one who post on this board knows the answers to the questions I asked.
You would have to know Mr. Brumfield, and have met him, and had "REAL" conversations with him.
Mr. Brumfield had never heard of Cdex-Inc or Mp until 2004. The individual that introduced Mr. Brumfield to Cdex is a really good guy.
He Is a Cdex investor and is well known. Well, well known to Cdex Private Placement Investors.
I know Mr. Brumfield never owned one share of Loch stock, the post is a 100% lie.
Which explains why the SEC filings reflect exactly what I said they reflect.
There was NEVER one doubt that my post with questions and the asking of SEC prove, could NOT BE ANSWERED.
There are two very capable internet chasers of facts that read this board weekly, and it is so obvious that there is NOT one thread of anything in any SEC filing connecting Mr. Brumfield to Loch Harris, or it would have been posted. Nor does any basher of Cdex stock, know the answer to the very easy questions I asked. They don't know the answer, because they lied about meeting Mr. Brumfield back in the Loch Harris days.
I on the other hand, did meet many shareholders who got swindled on the 2 for 1 and 3 for 1 restricted 144 shares. Their stories were shocking. Mr. Harris and Mr. Boone were quite the suitcase salesman according to many. I never bought any 2 for 1 or 3 for 1 shares.
I never met Mr. Harris, and I am so glad I did not.
Mr. Brumfield was NEVER a Loch Harris investor, period.
Ain't it a bitter cup of coffee when one cannot provide facts on paper, with the lies they post. Ain't it a tough pill to swallow when the only real thing one can touch, is their keyboard.
Cdex is at work today, and imo, I am sure they are one day closer to their next goal.
