That's strange that CSTI isn't on the level II board, neither on the bid or ask. Guess who else is not present: WORL. WORL was very active during price decline to the low level of .0302, which made me think they were shorting a bunch. CSTI is on the board almost all the time, but WORL came out of nowhere to short SMAA, IMO. Glad to see they're gone. Shorting may be all, but over. But wait, then Covering begins soon. All, my opinion. Things seem to be looking up.
