My theory is, that 'someone' out there wants this MUCH higher. Fanny is NOT a penny stock....well....at least it shouldn't be. Imo, 'someone'.....many 'someone's....want's this Re-Listed....so they are putting big bucks into it, to get the price higher....JMHO, though.....
