I think it is important to note that RedTide and the drone comtemplated future was the orginal company that was merged with PV Enterprises back in 2011. The drones were the public company's project for at least two years before 2011.

Does this mean that the drone project has been in existence for at least four to five years, and no development, DOD contracts, no reveneus, no maufacturing site, no patents....nothing but an old five year story with some current public interest in drones with the current DOD contractors. Having done a DOD and DARP related project, it takes years to enter that market.

Read the spin-off's S-1 and a lot of flags go up. I believe the spin-off is nothing more than a low cost way to create a shell for public trading.
