The Equity Shareholders Fund is the vehicle
the court approved to raise money ($800,000)
to fund the DIP loan which the ESF will give
to Lee to fund the POR (plan of recovery).
You have to be a current shareholder to
participate. For every $1,000 invested in
the ESF you get 500 shares of the new CPRK
and 1000 shares of the ESF...you also get
2000 warrants (2X 1000) that you can excercise
in the future. The ESF will be open to outside
investors November 1, 2013. The PPS is expected
to go up but you will be able to buy more shares
at $1.00 per share....again....have to be a current
shareholder to be a part of this.
