It's worth repeating Aprilov's earlier discussion with Lourdes:

"Just got off the phone with Lourdes from argot partners she says they are doing this public offering to get institutional buyers on board for the EU approval and for femprox trials they wanted money in place for Europe and Femprox she said this will go a very different way than the last offering and was very upbeat..."

So Lourdes had to be briefed and have her story line down cold as the company knew the calls would come "fast and furious." As some suspected, institutions wanted to take positions before the Europe decision but there was no way to do that without a separate offering unless institutions were willing to drive the price up...which from our perspective is what we pray for...instead we turn out to be the prey.

I haven't sold a share and do not intend to as the fundamentals are still intact. However, these events are irritating to put it diplomatically.
