I doubt it since the only TRUTHFUL answer would be FOOLISH to admit!

He used the buyback as a way to "pump" the stock - that worked ok, but then the dilution started so be tried to say another 100 million authorized to be bought off the 138 million remaining!

Been plenty of volume to get those now, but can't use it because then everyone would wonder wtf the PPS is so low for!

A 38 million share float then with longs claiming to own more then 75 million? And PPS going down???

Hmmm wouldn't that add more questions than answers!

Yeah Nick, try and ANSWER how you can buy back 100 million shares on 285,096,700 in March 2013 but can't manage to buy back the other claimed 100 million shares on 363,025,600 in volume since April 1st 2013????

Especially since you CLAIMED you authorized this additional 100 million to be bought back in late March as an AGGRESSIVE BUYBACK!

Amazing that he won't respond to my emails, but its in his twitter feed now - so no question he's been presented with this inquiry!
