The timely article stopped the descent for now and since the majority of tax loss selling usully takes place the first 7 days of December, I suspect .047 marks the low. There's a fair chance we could even rise a bit from here up to the 20 MA. But they have got to come up with something soon, or the next fall won't be because of tax selling, but just that people see better opportunities elsewhere. I'll give them 2 weeks more. Did you happen to ask PR if they knew of any planned dilution. I don't see a need for it if they make the figures they say they will this quarter.
