What are you basing that on? Microsoft to settle when 420 wAs rejected and 664 could be. I dont see it i was one who was touting it not long ago but you have to realize that why settle and lose money if the patents get rejected? They will wait till the uspto rules and that is what is happening with them now. Watch to see them get served this next week and then they will go to hearing and it will be on track for court. But they wont settle till the patents are done being examined now. Jmo! Also i saw post where google will settle when hjj rules. What will they settle for vringo wont reduce the amount ruled from hjj, that is the stupidest thing i ever heard! Gltu
