I just talked to Merle as part of my ongoing efforts to keep a good positive relationship with him.

There is nothing new to report, they are still waiting for the SOE to complete testing and communicate results. Dealing with an SOE is basically dealing with the Chinese government and things move slowly. The SOE has NOT communicated that testing has stopped or that they are no longer interested - this has not happened. Basically, they are waiting to hear from the SOE which could happen any time but right now it is a waiting game.

There are other interested parties that Scott is communicating with but nothing worthy of a PR has developed yet, as soon as it does Scott will release it.

My last day at work is June 21, so I will try to meet with Scott after that but Merle indicated that he can not guarantee that I will be able to meet with him. I will try regardless.
