Earlier this month Sky Power Solutions entered a Letter of Intent (LOI) for R&D and developing, distributing license in Canada. According to the Company, the distribution license will be for the territory of Canada where both the federal and provincial governments have implemented generous initiatives

Sky Power Solutions also holds an exclusive agreement to provide advanced lithium-ion battery technology to Li-ion Motors for use in their electric and zero emissions cars. With the recent success of Li-ion Motors, including winning the Progressive Insurance Automotive X-Prize and 2.5 mln usd in the Alternative Side by Side Class, it seems as though Sky Power is in an excellent position to capitalize on their success.

Sky Power Solutions is also a leading developer of residential Solar Concentrating, Electric Power Generation Systems which are able to produce over 2 kw of electric power with zero emissions and sun light as the only fuel including built-in heat capture to provide hot water to users.

Really? I doubt they have ever built a single unit, let alone sold any. Their total R&D expenditure last year was about 10k. That doesn't even buy the parts to make one!
