you're welcome, I just apologize for reading your post and it slipped my memory after I had been checking to make sure no one else already addressed it, but got sidetracked.
APDN working to become ISO compliant, reading up on ASQ Global State Report on Quality worldwide. Manufacturing is always greater on standardization for defects, failures, safety, etc., where services has as low as 38% on standardization on quality for defects allowed per million. Shameful! 78% of manufacturers around the world would use ISO as a quality framework, 1.5 times over what services would do. Only 52% of services would use ISO as a quality framework.
