Well if they do, from my understanding they will convert preferred shares to common equaling 79.9 of the common shares. So that would add like 4.5 bil to the float after they had sold them all. With the valuation they would get as a stockholder company again i think it would still be a safe bet to say 30 dollars a share after the dust settled.
My thoughts are if they did go that route, they would wait till it was trading on the nasdaq again.
Pure speculation with assumptions on my part here. What are your takes on the current situation?

Bear in mind this was published before the record profits in december.
Anyway, take a look an tell me what ya'll think. This is just my opinion and could be way off.
