Maybe Yeni is not out of line in her thinking. Looking at the daily, while GTE is staying close to the upper Bollinger's bands, it's not unusual to have the stock hit the median band. In this case it's right around 2.80 and rising everyday.
P.S. I think I may have found the way to include the chart. From stockchart.com, I have to right mouse click and select view Image to get the PNG format. Then I can copy the URL and get rid of the http and put between chart tag.
