Believe me I FEEL your frustration. However, I believe that ultimately it is not IR but the CEO Peterson that is the ultimate source of information and IR simply provides that to investors.

IR only disseminates what Management offers up.

Your VALID comment of "Where are the updates regarding receivables becoming revenues or has the IVTI purchase been delayed since it was expected to close on April 30, 2013? What about some news on military hiring, etc.... " is something that the CEO could address.

While I believe compliance is ALWAYS adhered to in the filings the 10-K or NT 10-K must shed light on most if not all of our questions.
