RIGHTO!! And the BK itself which made it much more reasonable for that to happen.

Real reason not yet apparent. But for sure, the "investors" would not have sent in the money just to see it gobbled up by existing creditors. ERGO, to reiterate, w/o the BK, and getting rid of the creditors ability to sue for whatever money CDEX can get then there would have been no money coming from the "investors".

Since MP has been freely and often given credit for the BK, then CDEX owes its continued existence to GUESS WHO??? LOL!!

Yep, OLE MP is still in charge....from the background.... but STILL in charge.
