What "information" are you bsing about
falsely claiming the SEC "frowns" upon
giving out information to shareholders
"not select individuals".

BTW, the SEC encourages public companies
to answer all investor questions so long
as the information is available to ALL
investors.

So telling an investor that he or she
can see posted financials on the company
on the otcmarket.com web site is
"frowned upon". Fung you are sooooo
wrong!
