I was offline for a few hours, Willforeall. As Lucky Mydog posted Versa Tech hasn't posted Financials since 2005. The SEC Admin Law Judge has quickly revoked over 774 Suspended stocks in the last 3 years when those SEC Filers were extremely delinquent in filing Financials.

Versa Tech USA has about 2-4 weeks to file all delinquent Fins or VRST will be a revoked stock. Readers may refer to the following I-Hub board post for corollary evidence:

VRST is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having filed only one periodic report since it filed a Form 10-QSB for the period ended September 30, 2005, which reported a net loss of $108,631 for the perior nine months. As of May 20, 2013, the common stock of VRST was quoted on OTC Link, had four market makers, and was eligible for the “piggyback” exception of Exchange Act Rule 15c2-
11(f)(3).
