From my personal experience the companies selling millions of stock adding to the market to get money needed for the operation cost and stuff. This is good for the long run when the company gets money for operations cost to market their products and cover other expenses to improve overall business. I know it sucks for the stock holders though. Don't worry in about a month or so Cerp will be back up to at least $.05.
