I have been fully aware that GESI is a rare once-in-a-lifetime opportunity investment myself. Other smart investors on this board that have contributed, have also recognized this. Let me share some simple DD.

Fines are given out if the creosote railroad ties are not properly disposed of. When disposed of, fines will not be given out and money will be saved. It is a win-win for both.

Free land
"Along the way, GESI received a source for such rail ties, securing a location, and lead in funding for the build out of a full scale plant at an Alberta site."

Free Financing
" Under the joint venture with InREFco, there will be a revenue split of 60/40 in favor of GESI from project revenues."

Free permitting
"GESI...is pleased to announce that it has engaged ISL Engineering and Land Services of Edmonton, Alberta to perform a due diligence package for the permitting"

Everything is free on the GESI Merry Go Round!!
$GESI is not in the business of any amusement park rides, or in your claim, located on a Merry Go Round. They are in the business of biomass gasification that will use Railroad ties to produce energy, located in Canada.
