Samblis able to pump and dump hundreds of millions for a year and get ICPA back the way it was - lays low and then does it to a new group again.

Shareholders screwed big time. They need to ask who made out the best here..samblis...and how did he do it.....by lying his ass off.... And they will probably be accomplices to unload their bags to a new group.
