I certainly think it will cloud the ruling, as the uncertainty will STILL be there. Having no sense of certainty is what has been easily keeping us down for a while now. Even if HJJ rules 5% of 20.9, I don't see us going above $3.5, which really stinks, but there will still be too much uncertainty and that will show. IMO
