i am EPGL long, so this is not an attack. i have asked epgl similar questions to what follows but have never received a response.

do you have any theory as to how EPGL can uplist in 2013 if they aren't above $0.10 on/before ~8/31/2013.

this board has mentioned that amongst other uplisting requirements, PPS must be >=$0.10 for >=90 business days. assuming ~22 business days per calendar month, seems like they have to be a dime or better by 9/1.

will 2Q numbers be released by 9/1?
