According to Dun and Bradstreet, WQN Inc. is controlled by Steve Ivester.

Who registered the iTalk doamin? Steven Ivester of WQN INC.

Steve Ivester has been in trouble with the SEC before which is probably why he won't appear in any filings for iTalk.

So the rocketvoip deal makes more sense now.
