Lol.....no doubt.

I could not understand why rockvoip would take 50K in cash and 500,000 shares that would probably be worthless once the restriction was listed. Especially after looking at that 10Q.

But it makes sense now.

Italk website domain was registered by Steven Ivester of WQN. RocketVOIP Inc is a company controlled by Steve Ivester.

So that might explain why RocketVoip would accept crap from a company with no revenus and $380 last 10Q.
