Hi scuba, perhaps what needs to be considered is ALL SEASON MINING as posted in PR and the fact that Wilf is in SL at this time when he would probably be elsewhere.
It looks to me as if they may be going to start terracing or processing during the rainy season otherwise why would Mr Hale say he was going back. Perhaps he wants to see faster progress. IMHO You cant have plant on down time and not earning and a central processing site being fed from three locations will take some organizing. Maybe even a couple of feeder roads or boats/barges.
