what is the significance of this date and time? off course I am new to the board and conducted research and also read the statements and reports officially issued by the company (Public info. What is wrong with that?). I asked clever questions rather then irrational exuberance of hype of a billion dollar company in the making trading at 10 cents and frankly the financials and reports not worth the time and efforts put into it. There is nothing going on with this company other than debt and so called patent worth 1 Billion according to you. So please be honest and post clever questions and info rather than hype.
