Punta Cana is the #1 tourist spot in Dominican Republic. It is flooded with Sandals type resorts. Akon is not putting his club in Punta Cana for the Dominicans, he's putting it there because that's where ALL the tourists will go when they visit. That club will be the VIP spot.
