Even if he did issue shares to pay off vendors or others instead of expenses, why do it below a penny when the stock was trading higher then that. So those people would be selling at a loss now or just to get paid which is possible. BUT I say again JB has been transparent. why issue shares to them and let them sell. It would be against what he is trying to accomplish with EEDG. You may end up saying I told you so, but I hope not.
