hey ya'll.

question about shorting.

how does one find/see when short shares are bought on level II.

is there a given time frame on when the short shares must be covered?

could this have been work by the borse stock exchange, seeing as that TALK still has not concluded de-listing it from their exchange?

any feedback would be welcomed, thanks.
