VDSC Revenue “Streams”
1. Redtide Defense: Manufacture of unmanned aerial vehicles. VDSC has close contact with U.S. Department of Defense;
2. Saenz Corp: Yacht, cargo charters, luxury yacht excursions, yacht building, yacht repair, and shipping;
3. PV Enterprises: International passenger vessels, ferry and cruise operations (worldwide) – Hydraiki Naval Company – and providing complete logistic services for corporate personnel 30-day and year around accommodations;
4. Trafalgar Energy Limited (TEL): VDSC will earn revenues as a result of their supplying and operating a hotel accommodations and field-work vessel for technical support at (TEL) oil rigs in Nigeria – five-year contract. VDSC and Trafalgar agreed to charter the vessel to a major oil company. Trafalgar Energy Ltd has agreed to make and completely fund an outright purchase of the subject vessel from PVE and PVE has agreed take a portion of the purchase price to purchase an equity position in Trafalgar Energy Ltd.; and,
5. As of April 11, 2013, VDSC is also in negotiations with three new ventures that are set to go to contract. Company names and launch dates for those contracts will be disclosed in an upcoming news release.
