(OTCQB: ECOB) and certain subsidiaries thereof in the United Stated District Court for the Southern District of New York, Index No.: 13 Civ 03220(PAC). A copy of the complaint is available from the Court. The causes of action include breach of contract and injunctive relief in connection with a default under a secured debenture issued by the Company on August 13, 2012, in the principal amount of $1,080,000.
