I have been a lurker here for many months and have really appreciated all of the posts regarding GBG. I hold about 400,000 shares and am in the same boat as most of you - waiting to find out of we be Zeros or Heroes. I seem to recall that one of the conditions of the Business Rescue bidding process included a required offer to purchase all the outstanding shares of GBG. I am sure I read it in one of the early BR Reports but I cannot seem to find it anymore - I should have saved it. Do any of you recall reading that in the Burnstone bidding requirements? Or was it just a figment of my imagination?
