if you want to have fun, try to talk to the dtc. that is where the holdup is. they are the clearing house, aka the federal reserve. they are a bank. so are the market makers. the shares will not convert until the market makers are even. since there is zero trading, they have no way of converting the trades without having a loss. if the bid support at .0051 becomes the new trading range i'm pretty sure you will see your shares converted into your portfolio without any hesitation. they can take as much time as they like as it does not affect them in the least that ATWT is not trading. all imo
