When I searched for the firm, this is what came up on Yahoo

http://www.empireih.com

From the sound of the name, I thought it was a PR firm. But if the firm is what is represented on the website, all be it a slightly different name, then it would be a private equity firm doing acquisitions. Not sure what to think right now.
