Like I said: Who knew they would PR it today. I guess they had to when the 10Q came out. LOL

The Information statement has been filed and in approximately 20 days, the name change will be filed with Nevada SOS and subsequently effected on the marketplace through FINRA. The company will have a new cusip number and trading symbol, soon to be announced.
