HaHa. I'm not laughing at the circumstances though. ECO has a long history, like from day 1 of having debt payment problems. Means nothing in the long term. The money to fund ECO will come from an investor that wants the product, period. They will leverage a controlling position and that's it. Or it may be the toilet for my 2 million shares
