That hearing has been reset for 5/23/13....but I wouldnt count on it that day either......so many objections....this deal is so one-sided....this could all fall apart.

and dont know if you read the objection by the attorneys for the Equity committee formation....the objection is very strong in favor of the formation of a committee..in my opinion....
