Class Action Lawsuit against George Sharp means that members of the suit have more money to run George Sharp out of money.

Looks like he's getting a taste of his own medicine.

Based upon the last two PR's and the "Internet chatter" surrounding the last "lawsuit" with the decline of the stock, I would think that there is sufficient evidence to take this lawsuit to a favorable judgement.
